Dear Madam, Sir,
Thank you for purchasing a table in the "Club of Legends" at the Equestrian Cup Series”. We would like to inform you about some important matters regarding your purchase.
When buying a table, it is necessary for you to register and pay for the catering. It is mandatory to purchase catering for the entire party at the table, otherwise access to the "Club of Legends" will not be possible.
• Breakfast: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• Lunch: from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM
• Snacks: between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
• Dinner: from 6:00 PM until approximately 9:00 PM
• The costs for catering are 300 euros excluding VAT per person per day.
• Please include the following information when making the payment: company name, name of table
For smooth organization and access to the VIP area, we kindly request that you provide a list of the names and surnames of your guests to Nicolas Deridder at nicolas@equestrian-cup.com before July 19, 2023.
Any changes can still be accommodated after July 19, 2023, upon verification of payments.
